Rigid ANDUR PVC Boards
A product with high mechanical and chemical resistance
Excellent chemical resistance, waterproofing, and safe V-0 fire rating.
The ANDUR solid board by ANPLAST is a durable product made of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), containing up to 80% recycled raw material. It stands out for its high impact strength, excellent mechanical properties, and exceptional ease of processing, including milling, thermoforming, bending, welding, and gluing. The boards are characterized by flame resistance (V-0 fire rating, self-extinguishing properties) and very good resistance to weather conditions and aggressive chemicals. It meets rigorous testing standards, such as PN-EN ISO 527-1 and PN-EN 60695-11-10:2014, among others.
Thanks to their resistance to moisture and chemicals, ANDUR boards are indispensable in the chemical industry, electroplating, ventilation systems, and in the production of safe machine housings and electrical switchgear. In construction, they are successfully used as durable wall cladding, partition walls, and structural fillings. The advertising industry, meanwhile, uses them as rigid boards for signs, trade show stand construction, and a stable substrate for direct UV printing. The boards are available in thicknesses from 1.5 to 25 mm, in industrial colors: white, gray, and black.
